This work is is untitled not for any reason other than it did not wish to be titled.
This work is meant to mirror the tragic and the comedic. It means to illustrate that they are in fact one and the same. It demonstrates that love and hate are not opposing emotions but the very same emotion; hate cannot exist without love, and you cannot love unless you are willing to hate. War and peace are not intrinsically related but in fact are the same phenomenon taking place over and over again throughout human history. As peace is inevitably worth fighting for and war necessitates an end. And what is beautiful is in fact dark because ugliness is seen only in the light; so in the dark everything is beautiful.
It is written to prove one simple and inescapable truth: you do not appreciate your first day on earth because you do not know that it is your first and you do not appreciate your last day because you forgot you’ll have one. Humanity oscillates between these two realms, that which we do not know and that which we have forgotten.
